What does BatteryClerk do with the information it gathers?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling or giving it away to others.

BatteryClerk, or it representatives may follow up, either by email, phone, or mail with people who have entered information on our web site or provide to us in any other way.

BatteryClerk periodically sends promotional email about new products and special offers. Upon request, BatteryClerk will allow any subscriber to "opt out" of further contact or change/correct personal information that the subscriber states as erroneous.

With whom does BatteryClerk share the information it gathers/tracks?

BatteryClerk does not release personal information about any individual subscriber to outside third parties.  BatteryClerk does share personal information with our resellers and distributors for the purpose of providing our customers with high quality, product specific service.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
