Asking these questions to early, I like it so far

Terrible service and horrible store

It took over 2 weeks for the item to be shipped out. It may have never been shipped out if I hadn't gotten ahold of support. I spent extra to get expedited shipping as this was a time sensitive item. I could've ordered on Amazon and gotten it delivered in a week but I went with this site because they said they'd deliver faster.

Have not got battery yet but the buying part was easy we shall see how good it is when I get it in my bike

If you don't mind paying the same price as any brick and mortar store (plus shipping) and waiting three weeks for your order to be fulfilled and delivered and the whole time getting emails from BatteryClerk asking you to rate your experience, then by all means order from BatteryClerk. I will not be back
